Uber heard from all the seniors that their app needs to be a bit more “Senior Friendly” and they have mad adjustments!
They’ve made recent updates to their app to specifically help seniors. The update adds dedicated account profiles for senior citizens as part of the family profile. The changes include larger text, fewer steps and easy to follow screens. Family members and caregivers can even book trips for their loved ones!
