Hurricane Melissa made a mess of the Carribean. She is now moving out of that area and heading straight for Bermuda. By far, the largest storm of the season…and she was moving about 7 mph across the islands. Literally you walk faster. The full scope of damage won’t be known for a few days as people get there and trying and dig out the rubble.
You can start helping even now. Organizations from all over are either already there are heading there now and will be able to provide life saving help. What we can do is support those efforts.
World Central Kitchen, Red Cross, The Salvation Army, Project Hope, and The American Friends of Jamaica are just a few organizations that are there and will be helping.
