Flossing isn’t just for removing food from between your teeth, it is to break up the bacteria that causes cavities and gum disease. Do it every day.
Find a form of movement that you love and do it consistently. By the time you are 40 a lack of exercise in your teens and twenties will hit you hard.
Never smoke. Never even try it.
Take up a hobby that includes physical activity (hiking, cycling, etc.).
Never stop reading.
Start investing now. Put the same amount every month — no matter what — into a safe fund. Your 26-year-old self will think you were a genius.
