A new survey found the resolutions most Americans will make for 2026.
The top New Year’s resolution for Americans is to exercise more, with 25% of respondents listing it as a goal.
Following exercise, other common resolutions include being happy (23%), eating healthier (22%), and saving more money (21%).
Twenty-one percent of respondents prioritize improving their physical health, while 17% aim to lose weight.
Adults under 45 are more likely than those over 45 to resolve to save more money, improve mental health, and learn something new.
According to the survey, 39% of respondents believe it is very likely they will keep their New Year’s resolution, while 7% are not very or not at all likely to keep it.
