A California town is experiencing a series of squirrel attacks that have resulted in at least two people being sent to the hospital.
One victim described the attack as sudden and terrifying, with the squirrel clamping onto her leg and biting her, requiring a visit to the emergency room.
Another victim recounted a similar experience where the squirrel went for her face, causing her to be covered in blood and rush to the emergency room for treatment.
Officials have posted “Beware of Squirrel” signs to discourage people from feeding the animals.
The flyers say, “This is not a joke! More than 5 people have been attacked by a very mean squirrel over the past few days.” Good thing we live in Florida!
